Personnel très serviable, très bel accueil. Chambre très grande. Par contre tout autour était ordinaire. La toilette était bouchée, on a dû prendre un siphon pour la débloquer. Le drain de la douche était également bloquée et l’eau de s’écoulait pas. Le divan lit n’avait rien d’autre que des draps, aucune couverture chaude. On a demandé un lit pliant supplémentaire, même chose aucune couverture chaude on a du faire la demande. Lit King beaucoup trop mou on roulait au centre. Dommage car c’était une belle petite place pour un arrêt dodo

We had an issue and the staff was super quick to help us out and even provided complimentary snacks to make up for it. Definitely would stay here again.

The entrance is lovely and staff is great. The Italian restaurant was nice (Tammy was amazing!) and then we got to our room… it was less than average. The beds squeak audibly so that each time you move, you wake your roommate (we heard the couple above us for some time too). You can hear everyone in the halls even when they aren’t being loud. The rooms and halls need a good deep clean or better yet a revamp. Things weren’t necessarily unclean but dingy. It’s older, which is okay, but at least make sure things like bed frames are in good order. Overall very mediocre.
