Hotel staff were friendly. Parking at the hotel is awful. The elevator wasn’t working. Luckily we were out in the motel portion behind the hotel. Plenty of parking here. A lot of homeless people hanging around but the police station is right behind the motel. The plumbing didn’t work. The rooms were ok and the double beds were comfortable.

Booked queen sizes beds to find out that wasnt even available within the hotel, pool hasnt worked in over 2 years they shouldnt display it even (since this was like the only positive thing we hoped for) elevator also been broken for quite some time. If you want an awful hotel come to this one.

The hotel is old and smells old, the air conditioning did not work so I had to ask for a fan that only worked in one socket, couldn’t get hardly any channels on tv, the shower took about 10 minutes for the hot water to come through and I didn’t go down for breakfast, however they were kind enough to shorten / extend check in & out times. I did have coffee machine, fridge and microwave and clean linen.

Staff during the entire stay were lovely. Polite and attentive. Evening and overnight team were very accommodating and opened the breakfast room so I had a space to work on my laptop so my children could sleep. Extended breakfast until 10:00 am was perfect for my tired children.
