Nice hotel in good area, plenty of stores/restaurants down the street. Pool area was good but water was quite cold. Staff were very nice. Room is very roomy I didn’t do five stars only because the bathroom door doesn’t lock and is very noisy. Otherwise, great stay.

The lady that was at the check in desk was AMAZING! Arrived and found an issue with the car, she helped with that as well as a plan b for getting to airport, parking and everything. THIS is my new Norfolk hotel
