The check in was a little disorganized but once that was finally taken care of the rest was good. When I was checking in, they said my room that was assigned and given to someone else. When they did give me a room, they key didn't work. They gave me a key to an already occupied room. Fortunately, no one was there when we walked in but it was unsettling to know that mishap could happen. Someone's belongings unsecured like that. Room and Common areas were good and clean. It was about 6 -7 pm when I arrived no line was there.

The room was nice and price was reasonable. However there was a strong ‘old’ smell to our room that wasn’t to our taste. The biggest issue was the incredible amount to road/highway noise that could be heard within our 8th floor room. It was an issue throughout the entire night and into the early morning for my entire family, waking us up numerous times. We were there only one night but it was unacceptable. Please be aware if you are staying on the side of the hotel where your windows face the highway.
