The room was dirty, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and they probably didn't even change the sheets. They also didn't return my $100 refund. I will never stay at any hotel with that name again.

We had a wonderful experience at Springhill suites. From the friendly staff at check in to the amazing chef who made us the most delicious breakfast each morning our family enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. I definitely recommend this hotel- close by to the highway and restaurants. Also its about a 20-25 minute drive from the beachfront.

I would like to say that the staff was amazing, they really were. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. The area that we were in around the hotel felt safe and was quiet. Our main issue was the room. Now, the beds were very comfortable and I slept well. There was one night, where we did not have hot water, and had to take a cold shower. We also did not realize at first that were a few hairs left in the tub from the previous person that stayed in our room. That made us uncomfortable like they did not clean the bathrooms well. Also, we had one day where the elevators were not working. One elevator was broken the entire time we were there. And the other one, they had to do maintenance on, so we were unable to use the elevator and had to climb 5 flights of stairs, very inconvenient. I'd give it a 3 star rating overall.
