Located just one house back from the beach, this location provides excellent beach access while also conserving a bit of privacy by not being right on the beach. There is one house between this property and the beach. The perfect spot!
BEACH DOG RULES: Dogs are allowed on the beach on-leash during the offseason. Through the summer, specifically the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day, dogs are not allowed on the beach between the hours of 10am - 6pm.

Entire home for guest use, including laundry area and garage (no remote, must open from inside of house).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE / HOUSE RULES:
** Due to recent construction near the home, construction noise and obstructed views are a possibility at this time **
Please note we do have cameras on the exterior of the home, as well as a noise aware system that monitors noise decibel levels as a requirement from the city of Norfolk. These do NOT record conversation or have any cameras inside- these monitor only the sound levels only. We do also have a camera in the front and the back of the exterior of the home, as well as near the garbage containers on the side of the home.
*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.
*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.
*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than ( please change this to the max the house sleeps) occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to (Please change this to the max the house sleeps) guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.
*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.
*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.
*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.
*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.
*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.
*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.
*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.
*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.
*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.
*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
*Please note that we do not provide shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.
*House trained dogs over 1 year old that are pre approved are allowed! Please tell me about your dog before booking. The pet fee is $100 per 10 nights. No cats allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. A $75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Dogs must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night will be applied.
