First off the property was not clean. The ceilings were peeling, the carpet smelled bad, the garage was filled with old rolled up carpet and scrap wood, the shower had wads of hair in it, the beds and mattresses were very old, the sheets smelled musty, the furniture material was peeling, the refrigerator had rust and a bunch of gunk on the front of it. Also the entrance to the beach is very sketchy with trash everywhere, there is no view of the bay there is another house blocking any view. The owner showed up on the property and opened the garage without any notice at all. The key pad for the garage barely works you have to enter the code in several times before it will open or close. Also it states that it is a pet friendly stay, but they keep trying to charge pet fees for service animals which is unlawful. Definitely not worth the money paid. And save yourself time and money and find somewhere else.
