They charged me double for a security deposit on accident. When I addressed the issue they told me they released the funds to me in that moment. Almost a week later they only released $100 and the accidental $100 charge was in fact not released to me. I was told to call my bank when I contacted the property. NO, they need to fix it! I shouldn’t have to go through my bank or any of this. Now I have to wait for the general manager to contact me after addressing this issue almost a week ago and they lied about giving me my money back.

I got to the hotel after eight, but that was only because I was running around all day taking care of business. Once I got there, there was a couple of hiccups trying to check in. Then I found out that I had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to check into my room because it wasn’t clean. I found this to be unacceptable at 8:30 at night but the person at the front desk Michael went and cleaned the room himself. And might I say he did a wonderful job. The hospitality at this hotel was on point. So despite the hiccups at the beginning, the two night stay at this hotel was very good, and the beds were very comfortable.
