Guest Access:

Make yourself at home as the entire chalet is yours to enjoy during your stay. The property is set up for self check in using a combination lock or lockbox and specific access instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Please note that only registered guests are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. You will have full access to the beautiful outdoor space including private hot tub, the garden and waterfront area. During the summer months you can enjoy fishing and kayaking with three kayaks and a pedal boat provided for your use. The property is also conveniently located ten minutes from the Nominingue Golf Club and near various cycling and mountain trails. In the winter the area is perfect for cross country skiing and ice fishing. After a day of adventure you can relax by the indoor fireplace. There is ample parking available in the driveway for up to six vehicles. Our team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns from eight in the morning until eight in the evening local time.

Nestled in the heart of the Upper Laurentians, our cottage offers a serene escape in Nominingue. You are perfectly positioned to explore the region, with the famous Le Petit Train du Nord Linear Park running directly through the area, ideal for cycling and hiking adventures. For winter enthusiasts, the property sits at the junction of the Trans Quebec 63 and Provincial 319 snowmobile trails, providing direct access to miles of groomed paths. Nature lovers will appreciate being near the Rouge Matawin and Papineau Labelle Wildlife Refuges, while the vibrant Tremblant Resort is just a 30 minute drive away for world class dining, shopping, and entertainment.



Getting Around:

To reach our cottage, we recommend traveling by car as public transportation options in this rural area are limited. You will find ample parking space available on the premises, with enough room to comfortably accommodate up to six vehicles in the private courtyard and driveway. For those arriving by air, the property is best accessed via a rental vehicle from major regional airports. Detailed driving directions and check in instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth journey to your lakeside retreat.

- **Minimum age:** Guests must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking.

- **Identity verification:** To ensure a smooth experience, we use a secure system to verify your identity and confirm your acceptance of our house rules prior to arrival.



### 🔑 Check-In & Check-Out

- **Check-in:** From 4:00 PM

- **Check-out:** By 11:00 AM

- **Access codes:** Sent 24 hours before your scheduled check-in.



### 💳 Refundable Security Deposit

A **refundable security deposit of up to $1,500** may be required to protect the property.



- The deposit is managed outside the booking platform.

- It will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no damages occur.



### 🚗 Road Access & Safety

The road leading to the cottage is partially unpaved. Please drive carefully, especially after sunset, and remain mindful of local wildlife.



### 🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized animals will incur a **$300 penalty**.
