This is a charming property that we are offering you in the municipality of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île. Designed to accommodate 10 people (6 adults and 4 children), this lovely traditional house, recently renovated, with its beautiful old beams and magnificent terrace, will seduce you at first sight. In addition to its charm, it is ideally located 200 m from Plage de la Blanche.
It is accessed through a well-maintained garden, in which an outdoor shower with hot water has been specially installed for returns from the beach. You will immediately find its large terrace set up for meals around the delicious grilled dishes prepared on the wood barbecue and electric plancha, and its large relaxation lounge, ideal for aperitifs, long conversations or breaks during your busy days.
On the left, an independent master suite has been fitted out in an annex. With its double bed, private bathroom and independent toilet, you'll have to draw straws to see who gets the privilege of occupying it.
Upon entering the main house, a beautiful spacious living area welcomes you. In a lovely palette of light colours and wood, you will discover a contemporary and spacious kitchen, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, thanks to its induction hob and traditional and microwave ovens. You will also find a refrigerator, a freezer to stock up on lovely ice creams and a dishwasher to escape the chore. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker are at your disposal.
In the middle of the kitchen, a large, welcoming wooden table awaits you to savour the fruits of your labour at the stove. The living room is furnished with a beautiful contemporary sofa, poufs and a cosy rug where one can also sit. Everyone will find their place there when the urge to watch a bit of television arises.
The visit continues in the night section. A first room with terracotta tones welcomes you with its double bed. The second, with more wooden décor, also offers a double bed. The third bedroom is probably the most important, since it's the children's room. A charming dormitory for four with bunk beds, ideal for telling stories and chatting far too late.
Finally, the bathroom, with walk-in shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet, completes this accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are at your disposal. You can also enjoy its pétanque court and parking space on the plot, and it is also possible to store your bicycles in the garage.
If you come with a baby, you will find childcare equipment: baby bed, high chair, bath and changing table.
