Our house is available to welcome you this summer.
On the first floor, living and dining room, equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, washing machine), 1 bedroom with double bed 160 (view of the courtyard), 1 children's bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom, toilet, garage to store bicycles and beach equipment.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (sea view), 1 small children's bedroom with extra bed, shower room, WC.
The house also has 2 outdoor spaces: a flowered inner courtyard with barbecue and outdoor shower (ideal when returning from the beach) and an area on the sea side which will seduce you with its stone well.
You will appreciate the calm of our house for a relaxing holiday.
House located in the heart of the village of Le Vieil on the island of Noirmoutier, in a cul-de-sac 50 metres from the sea by a pedestrian path.
Ideal for holidays with children and without a car.
A few steps away: mini-market with bike rental (in season), tobacconist/newspapers, café, restaurant.
