The old town dates back to the second half of the seventeenth century. From the viewpoint of the country you can also have a magnificent views of the plain of Gela and the Maroglio river valley. Nearby are also archaeological sites and natural areas such as Sughereta Niscemi, recognized by the European Union cominitario interest.
