Casa Minardi Guesthouse

Located in Caltagirone (Sicily), a city known for its ceramics, Guest House Casa Minardi is a very spacious and bright apartment with balconies equipped with mosquito screens. The apartment, built with stone from Grandfather Peppino’s quarry, does not require air conditioning; a ceiling fan is sufficient in the summer, while in the winter the thick walls retain the heat from the heating system. The bathroom is also spacious and features a tub/shower. Guests have exclusive use of the entire 50 square meters. “Cooking is not permitted, so the use of kitchen appliances is prohibited.” However, takeout food may be consumed. The bedroom features a very comfortable massage chair, a flat-screen TV, a table with chairs, and a coat rack with luggage storage; the living room has a sleeper sofa for a total of 5 guests, a flat-screen TV, a table with chairs, and a coat rack with luggage storage. The entryway features a desk, a coat rack, and a refrigerator. Guests will have access to bed linens, towels, and a complimentary toiletries kit (soap, shampoo/shower gel, shower cap), and upon request: shower slippers and a toothbrush kit.
The apartment is located about one and a half kilometers from the historic center.
