Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to others. We booked this hotel specifically because the room was advertised as having a Netflix-enabled TV, but Netflix was not available. The Wi-Fi was also not working properly, which made the stay even more frustrating. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, and the balcony windows did not have proper blinds or heat protection. Only curtains were provided, which were not sufficient to block the intense afternoon heat. The breakfast service was another major disappointment. There were very limited options, the customer service was poor, and even basic drinks such as tea and coffee were not available. Communication with the staff was also difficult because they had limited understanding of English, making it challenging to explain issues or request assistance. Overall, several basic facilities and services were either unavailable or not functioning as expected. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other accommodation options before booking this hotel.
