Entsprach nicht unbedingt der Beschreibung

Das Apartment ist in Inserat schöner angepriesen als sie in echt ist. Die Terrasse war noch nicht hergerichtet. Alles in einer Ecke gestapelt und dreckig, teilweise auch defekt, alles recht ungepflegt. Auch stand im Inserat nicht das die Terrasse nicht direkt an die Wohnung grenzt, sondern erst über einen nicht privaten Flur zugänglich ist. Die Wohnung hat Abstriche, ist für 2 Personen gerade ok, für 4 Personen definitiv zu eng. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ruhig, das Gebäude (Treppenhaus) allerdings aufgrund der über 50 Mieter ist doch stark abgenutzt. Es sind 2 Aufzüge vorhanden, allerdings muss man vorher eine enge Treppe mit ca. 15 Stufen erklimmen. mit Gepäck oder Kinderwagen auch kein Vergnügen. Auch der Eingang und der Bereich vor dem Haus ist ungepflegt. Einige Obdachlose nächtigen neben dem Eingang in der Einfahrt. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Glas in der Türe herausgeschlagen und der Türöffner war defekt, so das jeder Zugang in das Gebäude hatte. Die Lage ist zentral und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, auch das Bett ist gut und die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Allerdings doch recht beengt in den Räumen. Aber alles in allem war das Apartment den Preis nicht wert. Die schönen Bilder verfälschen den Ist-Zustand.
