This modern 19 m² apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator and comprises:
- a living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- blackout curtains that filter light without creating total darkness.
- a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob),
- bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi and TV.

A management fee of €247 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
