I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The balcony was a fantastic feature—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian area below. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay.

Perfect location. High standard modern rooms with powerful AC and soundproofing. We were located outside the buzzing restaurant and bar areas and you couldn’t hear it. Luxury rooms next to promenade. Great holiday. Brilliant staff. Highly recommended 10/10 for couples

We had a great stay, the room was very comfortable and had good quality amenities and a very comfortable bed with quality bedlinen. Loved that we had a coffee machine and kettle to make tea. The bathroom finishes were high quality, a great shower and beautiful bathtub. The room had lots of light. It is located in a busy area with a bit of noise, but there is double glazing to tone the noise levels down a bit. Airconditioning worked well. Great location.

We stayed in room 305, it was spotless and the air con was consistently good. It is a fair few steps to get up but you are made aware of this from the start, just be prepared if you have heavy cases. We loved not having a room key and just having an access code which made coming and going much easier. Overall really positive

So much better than expected and this will become our go to place whenever we’re back in Nice, France! Excellent pricing, and comes with more amenities than you’d think and it’s located in the best area! Thank you so much for the stay, we had the best time! Yes, there are stairs and no lift, but this is common knowledge. But, honestly when you’re on holiday you’re out most of the time, so you only really climb up to your room like twice a day max anyway. 10/10, we will be back!

This hotel was fantastic, mainly due to location. It is steps, and I mean about 20 to the best plaza in Nice. Rue Messana has so many outside cafes. The room was great, clean, modern, shower was so nice. But, realize it is in the room so you can't be shy. I highly recommend this hotel, reasonable price, would definitely stay again.

Stunning room and pleasantly surprised by the amenities and style of the bedroom. However the only downside is that there's no 'lift' and the main entrance of the building are not well maintained and look run down.
