I booked a sky room, its small but it is NY. Its 10 min to falls. We crossed to canada you could see the bridge from room. Stafd needs to be a more friendly, we checked in and guy disnt even say hi!

The pool was cold but I swam anyway. The elevator might need a tune up but everything worked as it should and was clean. We were close to Niagara Falls and had a great tour that they picked us up for. We asked the desk guy about a place to eat when we got there and he wasn’t actually helpful. The hotel restaurant was closed. We ate at A&W which was good enough for us.

The front office staff was very rude. We arrived after the official check-in time, but the rooms were still not ready. When we inquired about our room, they simply told us to come back later. The lady at the front desk was impolite and very rude. We finally got our room one hour after the check-in time. This is an old property. The only positive is its proximity to Niagara Falls—it's within walking distance. I do not recommend this property

I booked this hotel because is recently renovated and has very nice and clean rooms. I paid extra for bigger and updated renovated room and it was great. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay again here in future. Starbucks and lobby was nice place and add on.

I rented two rooms, one of the rooms were on the top floor wish it was ok, the other room was at an other floor, and it was dirty, the hallway was dirty and the carpet was stained and smelled bad, I try to talk to the front desk and the guy acted like he didn't care at all, was a bad choice to book at that place, never again.

The property was dirty and nobody say that the pool is not working, sheets are dirty too. The host didn’t explain anything about parking, about the pool, about breakfast.

Hotel is so ran down inside and out. Pictures in listing only show what has been remodeled. Our first room top floor suite was so bad the floor was lifting up as we walked because it was so sticky.

The room was smelly, had to switch rooms. The second room also had a smokers smell. The front desk during the evening werent very pleasant. The morning shift girls were much nicer. I asked for a bag to make an ice pack, my sisters knee was swollen and hurt, i was given a bag with a hole in it. I asked to pay the deposit in cash and was told it would be double, just not friendly, they had a sour vibe.
