The bed was uncomfortable and loud, the sheets were motel cheap. The lights in the bathroom flickered constantly. The tv was unwatchable as it faces a strange direction. Breakfast is very basic - I wouldn’t pay money for it, looks like a child made it. No baked goods or snacks. We’ve visited many NOTL bnb’s, this is the only one I’ve been disappointed by. No heart and soul, no passion. It is a shame because the location is incredible.

The property is very attractive, with a lovely view of the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that let the accomodation down was the surly, un-interested female who 'checked us in' and served the breakfast. She was incredibly rude.

An amazing staff , Igor and Mary Clare made the stay wonderful, the property management should however fix the railing at the front porch before some elderly person leans on it and it gives way . It’s truly a hazard and the owner should take care of this before one of staff are maybe hurt . We will definitely go back to this inn , the porch was incredible. With a view to match.

A Home Away From Home

Our room was so comfortable that we enjoyed just staying "home"! We will certainly stay in the Gallery room again. There was a lovely deck overlooking the lake and we had our little picnic there. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choices even for the healthy heart. This hotel is well worth a high rating in every area, especially friendliness.

Great B&B. Love the location, our room and the public space. Parking very tight when fully booked but on street, overnight parking after 8 pm is available. We had to park on the street across from the B&B. Not an issue.

Very pleasant stay, felt like home. Staff was friendly, coffee and tea was available at all times. We had a wonderful breakfast, French toast and eggs benedict, then had a lovely stroll by the lake. Mary Clare and staff were wonderful! Customer service is top notch. We had an issue with a different property and they were so gracious to help us out. The inn is clean and beautiful. Comfy beds, cute balcony in the bathroom. There are a ton of interesting antiques in the common areas.The breakfast was great. Loved our stay!!

I loved the historic charm of the home with beautiful antique furniture and pieces in all the rooms. The private terraces were the perfect spot to relax with a coffee or glass of wine. With a fabulous view of the lake and the short walk into the town it was in a perfect location. Special thanks to the chef who created a beautiful and delicious breakfast each morning and to the charming and attentive hosts. Highly recommended.
