This was a very quaint place. Clean, peaceful, temperature was comfortable, bed was wonderfully comfortable, and had all of the amenities we needed for a one night stay. I would book this BnB again!

A great property with a very welcoming host! We arrived very late (1am!), but the host greeted us and provided an overview of the room. On the first morning he also provided an overview of the kitchen. The property is very clean and well maintained. 10/10 - definitely recommend to stay!

The location of this place is unbeatable for the price - less than 15 minutes from the falls and 15 minutes from Artpark where we were seeing a concert. Bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and quiet, and the host was very kind and helpful with recommendations for the area!

The facility was decent. The breakfast is self serve but we knew that in advance. The caretaker was overly involved in watching our every move. From helping self to breakfast, to getting ice, to carrying out luggage to the car. He was intrusive to the point of being creepy. He needs to be better instructed on giving space to the tenants.

This is a cozy, clean place nestled in a decent neighborhood - though a few blocks away it gets rough. While not a traditional BnB (breakfast is self-serve), the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the bathroom fan was out-of-order

we paid $185 per night, unfortunately it is not worth it, it is better to choose a hotel near Niagara Falls. there is no breakfast here, as stated in the description, there are snacks and coffee/tea. we had 1 room. the room and bathroom are small, but clean and cozy. the bed is a bit uncomfortable. also you will hear other neighbors and the smell from the kitchen. the house is on a safe street, but in a dangerous and terrible area

Quiet and close to the Falls

Lovely home set up as a bed and breakfast. Quiet, clean and comfy. Just minutes from Niagara Falls but away from the crowds. The kitchen was stocked with food for us to make our own breakfast. I was expecting breakfast served to us as that's the idea of a bed and breakfast. It worked out fine and the four of us all helped ourselves to what we wanted, when we wanted it. I recommend.

Hotel name is misleading

The place was fine. Nothing special. I would not say it’s a Bed and Breakfast. They have snacks like granola bars and a bananas. They allow you to use the kitchen as well but you have to cook your own breakfast. The bed was comfortable but it was extremely hot and we had to sleep with the fan on in the winter. The bathroom floor was not the cleanest. Overall. It was fine for a 1 night stay.
