You cannot enjoy the environment without being fully immersed in constant cigarette smoke. I know it a casino but geez. This place is ruined because of it. Upon arrival, valet was extremely rude and argumentative; housekeeping was asked to clean the entire room midway during our stay and they did not. Compared to other hotels, it’s fair.

great location - 15 mins walk to falls. clean property, lovely warm swimming pool, pricey restaurants. the wierdest part was no housekeeping!! despite calling multiple times didnt get any water and had to buy my own! pro tip - dont plan to stay for more than 1-2 nights, buy your own water and take ur own toiletries. essentially be prepared for NO hnouesekkping ( to be fair they did say that while checking in - I never realised what it meant!). would I go again .. only if i get a deal of <150$$ !
