Great hotel with really good food options. Beef on Weck was delicious. Room service even called back to ask how our meal was. We left our passports in the room safe. Housekeeping and Security were very helpful and instrumental in returning them to us.

Check in was rough! Online didn't work with different times and links. Staff at checkin not friendly, never told us about valet or other amenities. Was charged extra for resort fees incorrectly (was refunded) The room was not as pictured. Missing the ottoman and you could not see the Falls. No service for the room ( if it wasn't included, it was never mentioned) Lobby smells like smoke and really loud from the lounge in the evening.

Loved the restaurants at the hotel as the neighborhood around is scary. Staff at the hotel front desk, including manager, were very rude. Rolling eyes, scoffs, did not help with questions on transportation options,etc. Room was clean. Hotel close to park but don’t venture beyond the tourist area.

I had a corner suite in the 22nd floor with a jacuzzi....it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Great view of the falls and I always had a great seat(bed) for the 10pm fireworks show

The facility was great and the staff were helpful.wish they had a coffee bar closer to the lobby other than on Saturday and Sunday. Also twice there were panhandlers right outside the door. But would definitely still recommend

Great location for the falls. Steak house was great so was the restaurant Koi. Our air conditioner went bad on our second day and flooded the floor. They put us in a corner room for our last night. No room service so if you need towels or coffee packets you have to tell them. We either drive or took an Uber even though the park and rainbow bridge are walkable the neighborhood is sketchy, especially at night.

I had problems from the second I got in there. I often stay in hotels. I certainly do gamble in casinos, and this is probably the worst one and experience. I have had certainly would never recommend or go back. There are many reasons, mostly staffing and quality.
