The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. However, the hotel's rear entrance could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance to address the unpleasant odor in that area. The breakfast met expectations and offered a good selection. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to Niagara Falls was a significant advantage and added to the overall convenience of the stay.

Very friendly staff and nice clean hotel. Just one thing, I didn’t know that this hotel doesn’t have elevator to upper floor. I would have called them before and requested a room at entry level floor because i was traveling with my parents who are senior citizens. Other than that everything was good.
