Front desk staff upon arriving was rude. The amount being charge exceeded the amount a was quoted by $180. I requested a bathtub and did not get a room with one. The :restaurant" was not what I expected. It was a takeout area with table. THe lounge and gift shop were closed most of the time. THe location was great.

I booked and paid for a King Suite. Site said pet friendly-pay $30 per fee at the hotel. When I went to check in I was told I could only have a regular Queen room because they don’t allow pets in the suites or King rooms. I will talk to the manager today about a refund for the downgrade to our room. The pool was closed.

The pool is outdated and barely clean, the staff during the day was rude when we arrived the young lady seemed to be upset for something however the guys in the afternoon where very helpful and nice. The room is just fine to spend one night. This is my third visit to NF and this has been the worst hotel I’ve stayed here, better options around for little more.

Booked for one night. Lobby looks great however inside of the hotel is way different, corridor condition is bad ripped out wires missing panels absence of lighting , or room front door doesn’t close properly, bathroom door closed once and broke off. Window well is falling out. Some pills laying around the room on the floor. Bed was nice and clean . Good wi fi .

1st floor room....required climbing 6-10 steps with luggage, no elevator. Trash compactor right outside our window so got an early morning 4am wake up. Convenient to falls, area is sadly rundown. Hint, walk across the rainbow bridge (2 blocks away) to Canada for a much better view.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Great Value for Money! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. For the price, the quality and service definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.
