The Price was ok, but it is an aging property that could use some TLC. they have obviously updated the equipment (TV, microwave, fridge) and the AC seemed brand new, but along the floor of the bathroom there seemed to be some mold. The rest of the bathroom was very clean.

I didn't think paying a damage deposit was necessary. I say this because there have been times when I never got a property would keep the deposit rather than paying it back.
