The heating system was set so air conditioning cut on every few minutes once the temperature was achieved. The only option was off - which would have left us frozen. The thermostat needed to just be set to heat but there was no option for that. Have stayed in many Hampton Inns, never had this issue. And I know how to work a thermostat! But the room was clean, quiet and friendly staff - just need to fix that thermostat before my next winter visit!

My room had a phone that was not hooked up. Therefore it's not usable. I requested some type of compensation and they said because I went through expedia.They weren't going to do anything.to give me any money back as compensation. If I had an emergency and had to dial 911, the phone wouldn't work.And I'd still be there dead! Management said expedia had to give me compensation. The management was like two unfriendly zombies, comblacent, unhelpful, rude.

Housekeeping is every other day, but this was not disclosed upon check in. It’s on small print on the sleeve of the key card holder Also what they don’t tell you is that housekeeping is just more towels and taking out the trash. They didn’t make the beds or clean the bathroom. The coffee maker wasn’t cleaned out or replenished either I gave this feedback to the front desk and they said you have to tell them that if you want full housekeeping (I did) Location is convenient and it’s very basic
