Housekeeping is every other day, but this was not disclosed upon check in. It’s on small print on the sleeve of the key card holder Also what they don’t tell you is that housekeeping is just more towels and taking out the trash. They didn’t make the beds or clean the bathroom. The coffee maker wasn’t cleaned out or replenished either I gave this feedback to the front desk and they said you have to tell them that if you want full housekeeping (I did) Location is convenient and it’s very basic

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast and pool. Room and washroom were clean. Only issue was the sound. There was a young family next room and we could hear the baby crying the whole night. Would have been excellent if there was some sort of sound proofing in between rooms.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is excellent, and it's very well located, but the cleaning service isn't very good. They don't change the towels daily, nor do they collect the trash, and that's not right.

We were in town just for one night so to be honest, our expectations weren’t that high. The pool was shut down. So was the gym. Worst breakfast we’ve ever had at a Hampton. Ever. But the bed was comfortable, the room (which formerly had a jacuzzi in it) was huge and clean, and the shower had good water pressure, so it was good enough for what we needed.

There was 2 younger teenage girls with 2 good size dogs, they went up in elevator before us, so we waited on next elevator, when we got on there was 2 areas of dog piss on the floor . I really didn't think we should have to deal with that at your hotel! Makes me think there could be dog piss in our rooms!!!

The staff members at the desk were great. The lady working in the breakfast area this morning Monday, was VERY RUDE AND ANGRY ABOUT DURING HER JOB. Bringing HOT FOOD ITEMS, I was attempting to get some scrambled eggs, she came up behind me to add additional hot scrambled eggs, She didn’t say excuse ME . I hurriedly got back. Her actions were ANGRY MOVEMENTS. The lady on Sunday, the day before was very nice she said good morning. She smiled. She was courteous while bringing out additional food items.
