My traveling companions and myself felt this was a beautiful hotel- close to walking to the casino which had several restaurants and the Falls about 10 blocks away. Very walkable and we are in our 70’s! Not a busy part of town in the fall time!

The breakfast was pretty standard, nothing new or exciting. The room was clean, but the bottom sheet did not fit the mattress. Staff was unable to assist in providing a schedule for the Trolley Service.

Overall great place to stay in Niagara Falls. As frequently happens, however at places with large bottles of soap and shampoo, ours were in need of filling. We bring our own now, simply because more often than not, something needs filling.

The place was old and dark and needs to be remodeled. The people at the front desk were what I called sketchy. But maybe that’s all you could get on the side of town. I wished I had stayed somewhere else. I stay at Hampton all the time. This was the worst. Couldn’t wait to leave. The only good thing is the room was clean the only reason I didn’t leave.

The location was great, dining staff very attentive. Room was also clean. My only issue is that the room was cheaper if you book through the hotel rather than using hotels.com that had a higher price. Next time will not be using hotel.com

Unexpected visit at Niagara Falls for work. Had to get this hotel rather suddenly. I was pleasantly surprised and would actually stay there again if I was visiting for leisure. Nice breakfast , friendly staff, my puppy was welcomed and there is a large area where he could be walked. Definitely recommend.
