The check in and out were both efficient and quick. It seemed quite busy, but she handled the crowd well. Once the refurbishment begins and is completed, this will be a go to spot for location and convenience.

The price was good but having to pay an additional $15 for parking was a surprise, but we were so close to the falls that the price seem to make sense.

If you're not going to stay all the day in the motel, then this place is alright. Price is still a little higher just because it is really close to the falls. But it is a fair place to sleep and shower. Poorly maintained though.

I did not even stayed. The parking lot was full of homeless. The lady at the office closed the office when we arrived. I was so disappointed that we walked away.

For the price and location it was good. We were just looking for a place to stay on Niagara because we would be out most of the time. Very little amenities and when we arrived there was no attendant at the front desk, had to call a number and wait for someone to arrive. Otherwise it was a very decent stay.
