The room temp control was effective. The breakfast was good, it finished very early-early people took multiple helpings of food items and left nothing for some beverages for others-perhaps prepackage breakfast per room/occupants and have it available to pick up at the lobby.

Absolutely no hot water, there was black stains on the pillows. The toilet made weird noises all night. Cleaners in the morning had music blasting slamming doors and making so much noise.
