Everything was wonderful. Only thing wish they had a bathroom on the first floor. My grandma is 99 and it was a little hard for her to get to it. Other then that, cant wait to book our next vacation.. Will go back, super clean

Let's start with the awful and ghetto neighborhood. Our neighbors were having a fire with trash upon arrival. Homelessness, drug addicts, abandoned homes and boarded up business everywhere. Very noisy street. Definitely not a family friendly or safe place. The property doesn't look well kept or welcoming on the outside. It is a badly remodeled old home. There were insects dropping in the kitchen drawers. Floors throughout were dirty. There was even a dirty underwear in the closet and an open electrical box in the other closet! No bath towels, no kitchen towels. Just a laundry basket with towels just bigger than hand towels. No decor at all, just plain walls; no shelves, no mirrors, no dresser or night stand to put belongings away. White linens were stained yellow and no pillow cases in one bedroom. I had to go and use the pillows from the other room. And to make it all better, we saw a freaking MOUSE running through the kitchen counter! At this point we checked out early and stayed at a Canadian hotel. Pictures were probably AI enhanced.Do Not recommend the New York side of the falls.
