So I stayed 8/14/25-8/17/25 with 3 others. When we first arrived it was a little hard to find, but Cecila was very patient and responded very quickly to my messages and phone calls when I contacted her. The driveway is tight and would fit about 5 SVU's in total in the back. However, overall the drive was about less than 10 minutes Niagara Falls and a block over from University of Niagara Falls Canada. The kitchen was all updated appliances as the picture has shown. However there were no cleaning supplies (which I usually bring on my own anyway). The smell of the inside smelt like cigarettes and renovation. However everything appeared updated such as the shower, sinks, toilet. I would recommend bringing your own laundry detergent depending on your sensitive skin. The couch was a little smaller and tight for us 5 but it was doable. If you are looking to be gone all day and only be inside for breakfast and a night dinner I would recommend staying in this location. Again Cecila was always reachable. The outside does not appear like the inside. It seemed like a really safe neighborhood to walk in. The only animals at night I saw were squirrels and one time I saw a beaver early in the morning.
