This motel is the best in Niagara falls ,I've stayed at too many and this is perfect. The rooms are spotless and hottubs are newer.There's a pool at the back which is great for the summer .Also tons of flowers and plants around the property. Very well kept motel,it's quite far from downtown but it's not a far drive.

Not the worst or the best, basically you get what you pay for in this area. The room was clean but did have ants. The area seemed a little sketchy but was fairly close to restaurants and shopping. Never used the amenities as it rained the entire time but the pool area looked nice. Plants are a nice touch.
