The hotel was under construction/renovation when we went, so it was not the best arrangement, but overall stay was okay. Nothing that exceeded expectations, but staff was great. There are multiple restaurants and Tim Hortons around and it's super close to the outlet collection, Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake so it's convenient. The only down point for me, specially travelling with kids, is that we expect a good and satisfying breakfast - which was the opposite this time. I understand it's hard to keep up with so many people coming in and out, but the food was not good at all and had no good options either.

Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were awful!! Not even standard size but also just very uncomfortable. Also had microwave placed right across from bed and at eye level so had the light shining in our eyes all night. Clean room though!

This Best Western was a great place to stay. Close to where we wanted to be and the staff were all super friendly. Breakfast was a great selection and on every morning for us. The breakfast people were on their toes keeping the area always tidy and the food was always well done. This made our stay even better. The front desk was also super friendly and helpful. The woman who checked us in was on the ball and made it so easy for us. We'll stay here again. All in all a great place to stay.

Hotel under renovations, and a little dated, paper separating from the walls, doors don’t close properly. They is noisy from the doors opening all night and you can hear the water flowing. Then they send me a text at 8 , waking me up .
