Really enjoy oceanview. Very well equipped appartment with sofa set, kitchenette,... good location to walk to the beach.

Poor customer service, elevators and trying to get to your rooms each day is a disaster, communication is horrible. I booked a room for a day early and when I arrived they still did not have a room available for me. Rooms do not resemble the online pictures and are not nearly as nice. Would not recommend this hotel.

체크인을 새벽 2시에 했는데 상주직원이 없었습니다. 호텔그룹이 개인별로 아파트를 분양한 형태라 그렇네요. 그 시간에 호텔 직원이 사장과 연락해도 연락이 되지 않아서 한 시간 넘게 기다리다가 호텔 직원이 다른 방을 주었습니다. 원래 예약한 객실은 스위트룸이었는데 이틀동안 등급이 낮은 방에 있다가 이틀 후에에 원래 방으로 주었습니다. 그런데 이 점은 저만 아니라 많은 사람이 똑같이 겪는 문제 같았습니다. 이 점은 반드시 시정해야 할 것 같습니다. 그 외에는 호텔 위치와 경관이 너무 좋습니다.
