I booked two separate rooms prior. One room was one king sized bed, single room, city view, for just two adults, which i received. The other room was suppose to be one room, double bed, city view, non smoking, for five people, three adults and two children. When I arrived there from Ho Chi Minh City around 4 pm, I was given the room with one bed. I understand it was very high travel time, but the room was either given away. So I had to have five people sleeping on one king sized bed. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional coming from this hotel chain.

* Housekeeping did not clean the room thoroughly. * While I was taking a shower, yellow water suddenly started coming out of the shower. This was completely terrible. * The bathroom drain was severely clogged. I called the staff several times, but no one came to fix the issue. * At breakfast, there were too few staff members to handle the number of guests, resulting in slow and inadequate service. * The tour booking was not carried out according to the original agreement, which was very disappointing.
