Extremely happy with this hotel. Staff are very friendly, kind and treated us well. Room was excellent, absolutely spotless, everything working perfectly and the beds were soft and comfortable. Five star hotel with outstanding service. Everything feels new. Great location if you wish to combine city life with beach life. Only negative was the breakfast restaurant was under renovation and the temporary left more to ask for as the food was more lukewarm than hot. Also, the pool area has a limited time with sunshine but there’s always the beach.

Great place, great staff at the beach. The concierge and reception doesn't have a lot of experiences. They are maybe to young. we had my wife and I a toxic poisoning from what we ate at the pool. We were expecting more attention from the staff at the reception. The concierge is missing experience as well. Over all we still recommend the hôtel.

The room was very nice. We called the front desk for a lot of things, and they were always quick to help us. I loved the pool. The location was right in front of the beach, so that was convenient. I love the Bal D' Afrique products in the bathroom. I bought a cologne of the same scent when I came home so that the smell would remind me of my trip.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. The room we stayed was very nice and with a wonderful ocean view. It was very busy when we stayed specially in the swimming pool area and also at breakfast time. Very good breakfast but the staff takes a long time to serve you coffee or eggs. Seems they need more organization in this area.
