습도만 좀 조절해주면 가격대비 괜찮습니다.

솔직히 방이 습한 것만 아니였으면 가격 대비 괜찮습니다. 방이 너무 습해서 에어컨 건조로 한참 돌리니 좀 괜찮더라구요. 건물은 벽면 빼고는 비교적 깨끗합니다. 가성비는 좋습니다.
