"The stay was great, clean room, nice amenities. $200 will be held on hold from your bank or credit card account as a deposit upon check in. It will NOT be reversed upon checkout as was told by front desk. “Oh yeah, it’ll go right back there tomorrow when you check out!”. Not just a card on file for incidentals. I think this should be more clear. It wasn’t an issue for me, but people should be aware of how this ACTUALLY works. Honesty goes a long ways. While the room and everything else was great, there was a great degree of mistrust caused."

"I booked and paid for a room through Expedia which wsa $43. Then the next day the hotel charged my card for the exact same room but the charge was $53. So i got charged $96 dollars for a $43 room. This isn't the first issue that i have had with this hotel. "
