The Beach is a Nye Beach townhome that sleeps up to six which is perfectly located in the Nye Beach District. It is an easy walk to the Performing Arts Center, Coast Park which boasts state of the art play equipment (perfect for kids!), and Don Davis Park that gives you easy access to the sandy beach! This neighborhood is known for its bohemian vibe with plenty of restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment all within walking distance.

Delightfully decorated to give the coastal vibe of the beach and the view that you have, this townhome is cozy and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and 1.5 baths. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the living, dining, and kitchen all on the main floor. The living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests. Enjoy an afternoon beverage or sip an evening drink from the covered deck off the living room where you can relax and enjoy the Oregon Coast.

Steps away from some of the most popular restaurants and shops in Newport, you can't beat the walkable location. Grab a unique weekend breakfast, take in the local art or shop for a book to curl up with! Enjoy the easy access to a seemingly endless expanse of sandy beach and round out the day with a drink and delicious dinner. All of this, and so much more, lies within blocks of your lovely vacation home. This townhome is part of a 4 plex - if you need extra room, you can rent all 4 of the units, including The Ocean, The Docks and The Mountains,
depending on your needs.

We had a good overall stay in Newport. The location was excellent—walkable to the beach, restaurants, and cafes—and we could also see the ocean from our rooms, which was a great bonus. The home itself was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the modern kitchen, outdoor grill, decent parking, and that the property was pet-friendly.Check-in was not fully smooth, as we did not receive the key code ahead of time as stated and had to reach out on the day of arrival to obtain it. Communication with the property manager was generally responsive, and they replied quickly to messages.However, there was a significant concern during our stay involving an alarm repeatedly going off with an evacuation message. We contacted the provided number but received limited guidance and no timely on-site follow-up or clear updates. While it ultimately appeared to be a false alarm, the lack of urgency and communication during the situation was unsettling.Overall, the property itself was great and met our needs well, but communication and handling of issues could be improved.

Awesome

Took a short trip with my 4-year-old twins and had a great time! They lived the playground right outside the door and it was great being able to just walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well-equipped. We hope to stay again!
