No one to receive my party and give out room keys. They did not have record of my reservation. No contacts at motel or Expedia. Emergency number was forwarded to a realtor. Call ahead for 9:00 pm check in was confirmed then ignored. We were very stressed out that we might have to sleep in car in subfreezing temperatures. Did anything go right? No!

We arrived late at night and were only there for a few hours to rest our head. I was confronted by a woman outside telling me that everything of hers had been stolen, but was unable to tell me by whom or how, which was unsettling. We got to our room and were immediately hit with a strong smell of cleaning products. So at least we knew the room was clean, however, I get migraines pretty easily. The whole room was outdated, nothing compared to the photos online. The beds were extra springy, but did have a television that worked. It was very close to the highway which wasn’t ideal, there was very little traffic at least.

Manager was very friendky on phone and at check in. But we got lip service abkut extreme heat in our room. Just open the window. We had heat turned down as low as ot could go and jtcwas still bladting out of heater in bathroom and near front door. We ran the AC to try to get it to a temp where we could sleep. It was a miserable night. No coffee maker and no ice available either.
