The hotel lobby is welcoming and modern. The room was a nice size, but the shower was not clean - mildew and pink water stains were very evident. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the woman (I didn't get her name) gave me a bit of attitude and said, "I heard you," when I said it a second time, as she didn't seem to acknowledge what I said. They did clean it as asked, but it was still not great. I want to mention that Emma at the front desk was extremely sweet and kind. For what we paid ($375/night) due to homecoming weekend, it felt like a rip-off. We will not be staying there again when we come back for graduation.

Rooms were moderately clean. Rugs could use a refresh (vacuum under the furniture). They service the rooms every other day which is fine. Had to go to the desk to get more TP. There were some loud guests in the middle of the night but it happens. Paid way too much $$$ for where it’s located:(

It is the second time we stayed at Hilton Garden Inn when visiting Hanover. It always provided the best experience. Clean, friendly staff, quiet area and easy to find parking. Definitely will come back in the future.
