This upper duplex rental offers all the coastal charm of old Balboa with an unbeatable location, incredible views, and a family-friendly price. (Patio is for first floor rental only)

Enjoy a spacious master bedroom with its own sitting area, private bath, and oval spa jetted tub. A fully equipped kitchen opens into the living area, complete with TV and a comfy sectional sofa for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Bring your binoculars—you won’t want to miss dolphins, sailboats, and views passing by. Just a short 5-block stroll brings you to the Balboa Ferry, Pavilion, Catalina Flyer boat, Fun Zone arcade, and more. From here, it’s easy to walk to the pier, boat ride to Catalina, & rent bikes (3 blocks south) for a ride along the boardwalk.
