This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom air-conditioned upper unit has been tastefully decorated and upgraded with ceramic tile flooring, granite countertops, newer appliances, and beautifully remodeled bathrooms. Less than one block to the beach, this home is a favorite and has many guests return year after year! No pets, No smoking. City tax and security deposit apply to all reservations. Please contact the rental office for more details. We are formerly Balboa Newport Realty and now True Property Management, a local luxury property management company. Three-night minimum stays are available for last-minute bookings only. Primarily a Friday to Friday rental.

Fresh new linens are included in this home. Sheets and pillowcases on made beds with comforters, extra blankets, bath towel sets, and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Bring your swimsuit and your toothbrush!

Amazing!

Beautiful property that is updated and very close to the beach. Also, walking distance to some restaurants. The unit below us had no body staying in it which was nice. Parking is very tight but it was nice to have it. Being so close to the beach it would have been nice to have a few beach chairs and umbrellas instead of having to rent them. Shanna was great and very responsive. Loved the property and look forward to staying there again!

Where is bed 8?

It worked well for us, but had one fewer bed than listed. Only sleeps 7 when listed for sleeping 8. Had to rent linen, making it more expensive. A/C was definitely a plus.

Great stay a block and a half from the beach

The place was as advertised and worked well for my Sister and I and our respective kids. The place is about a block and a half off the beach. We rented cruiser bikes and had them delivered to property and they were our primary means of transportation for the week. It was an easy ride to Balboa Island, Hermosa Beach and all in between. It was a great location and a relaxing week.

Summer Fun

The property was clean and very spacious! There were a few minor fix it things that the owner can do. The hallway restroom doesn't lock. Also, the main bedroom with restroom attached towel rack kept falling. Other than that, everything was great! Walk to the beach was very convenient!
