Summary:
This home was beautifully updated in 2023. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus two cots in the game room, sleeps 10. Three of the bedrooms have king beds. Outdoor firepit and wood fired pizza oven available all year long.

The Space:
Beautiful house in a rural setting with a huge yard and distant views. The property sits on top of a hill appx 900' from the road. There are 22 acres acres of nature and fields to explore. Note that the the house shares the driveway with a tiny home which may also be rented during your stay. You'll have full privacy, separate parking, and separate outdoor amenities.

Other Things to Note:
900' driveway is on a hill, we manage the snow and ice around the clock but a winter capable vehicle is highly recommended.

The house was great! Dogs loved the run outside and the location being close to Ithaca was fantastic but still gave you the feel of being out there without a care.

Weekend at Watkins Glen

The house exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 12 people and were able to all sleep comfortably. The property is very private and updated on the inside. Fire pit and ping pong table were thoroughly enjoyed.

Beautiful Country Living

Thank you SO very much for opening your gorgeous home in the country for us to share our Mother's day! The open land allowed us to snap gorgeous photos and play with nature. Having a fire pit to sit around and just embrace the beauty of it all was how we ended each night. Comfortable beds and clean showers to bath in were extremely important to me. House was excellent, very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Host was easy to communicate. Had one HVAC issue and the host had someone there ASAP and fixed it. View was awesome in October. Just outside of town and easy to get to and fro.

Relaxing getaway

The house is terrific place to unwind. The inside is nicely decorated, has plenty of space, and the amenities very well thought out. The outside dining table and the fire pit area, overlooking the valley, were spectacular and our favorite places to hang out. Can’t wait to come back!
