Close to several bars/pubs, cafes, restaurants and amenities. Whilst you visit us you may wish to visit some of the local city centre Sunderland and enjoy the north east traditions!



The Space:

The apartment is situated within a newly refurbished block of apartments on the sea front. It provides an open plan living area with the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen has a has fridge/freezer, oven/grill, 4 plate induction hob, sink with drainer, dishwasher. A must have coffee machine, kettle and all kitchen essentials are supplied.



There is French doors at the rear of the open planned kitchen and living area which opens up onto a private outdoor space. Provided with artificial grass and seating for youth enjoy the sun set and a drink.



The apartment accommodates 2 adults in a comfortable double bed just to the right of the entrance hall, with a window overlooking your private outdoor space.



Guest Access:

We provide a free parking space at the front of the property for one vehicle (numbered 2).



Guest's have access to the full apartment and outdoor private garden space.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. Weekend break

Very clean apartment, well equipped and excellent location. Very minor suggestions of add a bin to the bathroom and add a new bath mat, plus sort out the parking so you can set it for the length of the stay as otherwise you need to set up your lap top to scan the qr code with your phone.
