Check in and breakfast were good. The area is close to great pubs and restaurants and the metro. Unfortunately in the year since we last stayed here, the hotel looks a little rough inside. Carpet looks beat up. There are dings and scuffs all over the walls inside hotel rooms. We had a great time otherwise.

Check-in was quick and easy as someone was at the desk but there were times I would have liked to ask a question of a staff member but there was no one around. I would also like to have had a suitcase stand rather than have it opened on the floor. I don't like to us the bed as a suitcase stand as the suitcase is not particularly clean.
