Booked in 3.30am due ti flight into Newcastle. Room warm. Slept with window open which cooled nicely. Guy on desk really helpful. 8 minutes from front desk to being asleep. Breakfast good choice.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable but the breakfast wasn't up to standard for people with dietary requirements such as gluten free or vegetarian. The Carter and Fitch restaurant was good with great options for peoplw with restricted diets. The pool area was small and could get crowded if 6 or more people were in it but it was clean and well maintained. Overall it was a nice stay but the hotel wasn't quite at the standard I would expect for 4 star.
