Beautiful Historical property with a large common area. We had the room on the first floor and the FIFA Brazil Fans in the house and it was quiet! Our family lives locally and we will stay here again if needed.

The landscaping was very well kept. The interior was very nostalgic. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening. Our room was small but had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was perfect for the events we needed to attend.

This is a very nice "bed and breakfast" type establishment, just outside of downtown Summit. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, you can easily walk to downtown and the breakfast has a nice selection of breakfast bread and pastries. I would stay here again.

Great stay for two nights. Very friendly staff, beautiful inn, nice common room for breakfast, garden and porch to relax outside. The location - a short walk to downtown and the train station - was great. My only concern, and it was not a problem because I arrive at 4pm, was the code for the front door sent thru hotels.com for the front door was incorrect...worth calling ahead to make sure your code is correct

Beautiful and charming B&B, lots of care in the details like cohesive design of the shared living spaces to feel both curated and cozy at the same time. Some features are due to be updated, ie the commercial carpet in the bedroom; however, it was clean and bright, beautiful grounds and landscaping, parking on-site and friendly and helpful staff.

The property is very charming. The room was a bit small but the comfortable bed more than made up for that. There are stairs so if you have trouble like I do it is something to consider. There is adequate parking but using it may be a little tricky Overall it was a very pleasant stay at a good price.

Conveniently located. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in even without an attendant available. Breakfast offering was a bit less than what is generally served at a bed and breakfast type inn. Continental help yourself with no warm items (i.e., eggs, breakfast meats, etc.). Would still stay again when in the area.

We stayed there for a wedding during Valentine's day weekend and loved it! The breakfast was excellent, the staff was super friendly, and the amenities and location were great! It was only a few minutes walk to downtown Summit, and it's also really close to the NJT Summit train stop (though we did not use the train this trip. I would definitely stay here again!
