I liked the very helpful staff in directing me from the airport to the shuttle. It’s a simple one stop trip on AirTrain to P4 from EWR, and shuttles run every 1/2 hour. The hotel is great, wonderful modern theme with colorful graphic walls. They also have a convenient breakfast buffet option that helps take decision making away from tired travels. It’s close by the New Jersey Devils hockey stadium so there are some nice spots to take pics, and it’s also walking distance to the MLK federal courthouse and they have some really beautiful justice themed art pieces/ statutes as well. I will definitely stay again!

The hotel is only a 4 minute walk to the prudential center. They offer on site parking for 20$ per day - parking attendant is VERY helpful and attentive. Room was spacious, clean and we had a beautiful view of the NYC skyline! Desk attendants were a little lackluster and quiet (we greeted them first).

I wasn't sure about the area around the hotel, but I loved it once I was inside. The location near Penn Station was why I chose it. But the ver different interior decor was appealing and the staff was friendly. But please have more soda choices in the snack stand. It was just Pepsi and Diet Pepsi.

I thought this was a perfect hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed at. The staff were all exceptional, room clean and modern, beds and bedding very comfortable. The parking lot next door is very convenient and the guys working there were so nice and helpful. Its within walking distance to Newark Penn Station, with a 20 minute ride into Penn Station in manhattan. Plenty of food options in walking distance. I’m a mom who was traveling alone with 2 young kids and I felt safe walking around at night from the station. The shuttle to the airport or train station was very convenient! This is a great option for staying near the airport or as a home base for NYC.

Great hotel a quick train ride from NYC!

Both the hotel and the service we received were top notch! Very comfortable but not luxurious. Service was attentive, friendly, and efficient. We had breakfast in the on-site restaurant. I would rate that as a 3.5.
