This hotel is the stuff of nightmares, it is so dirty I could hardly touch the elevator buttons I was so grossed out. The room curtains are black with dust, the carpet is super rank. I nearly ran out when I checked in but was too exhausted from my flight and had to catch another one the next day. The silver lining is the staff is incredibly kind and professional. They tried really hard to make me happy and I truly was touched by that, they deserve a cleaner hotel to work in.

Worn Out

The hotel is tired, and worn out. Many many small details show this hotel is desperate for a comprehensive refresh and update. I am genuinely shocked that Marriott continues to allow them to fly their brand. Carpet throughout common areas and in guest rooms; is thred barren, stained, warped, and torn. Hotel does not have a functioning restaurant of any kind. Ownership has run the place into the ground. The whole hotel is held together with duct tape and baling wire.

Very disappointed in this place. Me and my wife booked a King room weeks in advance through Expedia, and when I got there, they said that they didn’t have any king rooms available and that what I booked was false advertisement, which I didn’t believe at all being that this has never happened before and ended up giving us two double beds instead. Room was clean but the beds, the mini fridge they had wasn’t working that well, nothing was getting cold. The shower drain was clogged, so water was rising up quickly. The plastic on the toilet seat was pealing off, which I don’t understand why they wouldn’t change something like that. The parking lot is in poor condition and has pot holes and the parking spaces are so tight. I wish I can recommend this place but I cant.
