Staff was rude and dismissive of my need. I spent an hour and a half waiting for an iron. I had to go to the front desk to learn that there's nothing they can do for me... The pictures don't represent the reality, either.

Hot tub jets didn’t work. I called the front desk and asked for somebody to come fix it, they sent a maid who didn’t speak English. I finally was able to fix it myself. More importantly, there are structural damage to the floor… feels like actual holes. They were covered up by carpet but you could feel it giving away every time you walk on it. There was also hair and debris in the hot tub. I stayed in room 106. I’m tempted to call the building inspector. That they would charge me for this room is deplorable. Nancy Bose

We dropped our bags off before check in. And then when we got there to check in they couldn’t get to our bags because house keeping had left. Not only did they leave but there was no way for the current receptionist to open the door to get our bags. Eventually we got our bags 2hrs after checking in.
